Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive environment where individuals can build emotional strength, recover from adversity, and walk their own unique path to mental wellness.
We offer outpatient mental health services to adolescents and adults. We help with many mental health concerns but specialize in trauma.
We engage in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, Psychoanalytic, Psychodynamic, and Trauma Focused care.
Currently, our services are offered virtually and are self-pay only. Give us a call to discuss rates.
I have been in the field of social work for over 20 years, with experience in mental health and working with both youth and adults across various settings. I have collaborated with lobbyists on policy reform to ensure access to mental health care. Additionally, I have worked as a professor, teaching future therapists the skills needed for success.
I am passionate about helping others and am here to create a safe, supportive space as you navigate your personal journey. This journey is about you—so you will define your goals, and I will empower you with the tools to achieve them.
I earned my undergraduate degree from Duquesne University, double majoring in Psychology and Criminal Justice. I went on to complete a Master’s in Social Work at the University of Pittsburgh, followed by a Doctorate of Social Work from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
I serve as an adjunct professor in the Master of Social Work program at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs (UCCS) and sit on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Social Workers (NASW)–Colorado Chapter.
In my free time, I focus on my own self-care by hiking, biking, running, or golfing
